We started our journey about 12 years ago in a single bedroom house in the IT capital of India, Bangalore. Never looked back at the past with disappointments. Growing strong daily with ups & downs.
We believe in smart work rather than hard work. Hence, there is less of frequent iterations and more of improvements. More futuristic thinking and work with the latest technologies. Thus we find time to have more fun time.
We started to focus on the requirements and take the customer feedbacks as the stepping stones of our journey to success. Quality is never compromised for want of time. Regular interactions, mutual understanding, keeping an open mindset on our side kept the ship sailing in the right direction. Yet, we are still far away from the destiny.

About the Founder
Founder and Managing Director
Mili Mathew is a NIT graduate and a National Level athlete. She has participated in more than 14+ national games. She has been a champ in her times and she led the track with all vigour and strength. She was the State and University champion before getting into the national games.
She has more than 10 years of IT consulting experience. Her passion was to be a leader in her own way. After she moved to Bangalore, the IT capital of India, she understood the opportunities hidden in the society. She chose her passion of beginning a software company, to fulfill her dreams. Her vision and motivation translated into determination to build a company that help build others their dreams. Thus Ezleana Technologies is born.
